With the mobile 3D fringe light scanner ATOS from the company GOM, test specimens can be spatially measured. The projector projects a stripe pattern onto the surface of the test specimen. The stripe pattern is captured by high-resolution cameras and converted into measurement points. Additional measurement markers also enable the measurement of complex geometries.
