The optical photogrammetry system - TRITOP

TRITOP is a mobile optical measurement system that accurately determines the three-dimensional coordinates of points on an object under static conditions. With this data, TRITOP can analyze 3D shifts and deformations of objects and components. The contactless TRITOP system replaces conventional displacement measuring systems. It can capture shifts and deformations very quickly, without the need for cables or sensors on or around the measuring object that could potentially be disruptive. The presentation of the results is flexible and can either be in the form of diagrams, directly in CAD data, or superimposed on camera images. TRITOP provides a multitude of data for any number of measuring points, including:

  • 3D coordinates
  • 3D displacements
  • Bendings
  • Torsions
  • Deflections
  • Rotation angles
  • 6 degrees of freedom
  • Relative displacements (from point to point, from point to line, from point to surface)
